    for those who have done this how long did it take you to get into your desired shape? any tips for a complete beginner? dietary, how often i should do this etc? anything helps!!!

      You have to be in a calorie deficit, you can find free calculators online. I'd suggest tracking your food and exercises 3-5 times per week with rest days ☺️ your sleep is just as important as exercise if not more important.

    I really appreciate that you do several exercises on one side and then switch to the other side. Because in some of your previous workouts, it was really fun to switch between sides, but it just doesn't really work for me, especially with these small intervals of exercise and rest. So thanks a lot for this quick and effective class!
